About Ron McKinlay: Canadian chef Ron McKinlay built his foundation training under Tom Kitchin in Edinburgh, helping open Gordon Ramsay’s Maze in Melbourne, and running the kitchen as Chef de Cuisine at Saint Crispin. Returning to Canada, he spent eight years as Executive Chef at Canoe, leading the restaurant to #8 on Canada’s 100 Best in 2022.
