This workshop includes a farm tour followed by the hands-on culinary workshop and finish with a farm-to-table dinner around our gardens and animals.

This workshop will teach how to build a sourdough starter using raw ingredients.

Guests will also learn how to make a variety of breads and pastries using their new starter.

Sourdough & Preserving Workshop: $225 + HST per person.

This workshop is available throughout the year.

Private group bookings available.

Everyone will receive a lesson plan, a recipe booklet and some gifts to take home.
